Introduction / परिचय
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Packers Billing software and related services operated by Packers Billing. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.
ये नियम और शर्तें Packers Billing सॉफ्टवेयर और संबंधित सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग न करें।
License to Use / उपयोग की अनुमति
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or share your account access with third parties without prior written consent.
हम आपको केवल अपने व्यवसाय के लिए सॉफ्टवेयर उपयोग करने की सीमित अनुमति देते हैं। आप बिना अनुमति के सॉफ्टवेयर को बेच नहीं सकते, शेयर नहीं कर सकते, या किसी तीसरे पक्ष को एक्सेस नहीं दे सकते।
Billing and Payments / भुगतान
You agree to pay all applicable fees for using the software. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
सॉफ्टवेयर उपयोग के लिए सभी शुल्क अग्रिम में देय होंगे और भुगतान नॉन-रिफंडेबल है। भुगतान न करने पर आपका अकाउंट सस्पेंड या बंद किया जा सकता है।
Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति
All payments made for Packers Billing software are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial usage, unused subscription period, or early cancellation. Once the subscription is activated, no refund will be issued.
Packers Billing सॉफ्टवेयर के लिए किया गया भुगतान नॉन-रिफंडेबल है। आंशिक उपयोग, अनयूज्ड अवधि या जल्दी कैंसिलेशन पर कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Data Security / डेटा सुरक्षा
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We shall not be responsible for data loss caused by user actions, third-party services, or technical issues.
हम आपके डेटा की सुरक्षा के लिए उचित उपाय करते हैं, लेकिन पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं देते। डेटा का बैकअप रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
User Responsibility / उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the software. Packers Billing is not responsible for billing mistakes caused by incorrect data entry.
सॉफ्टवेयर में डाला गया डेटा सही होना उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी है। गलत डेटा के कारण हुई बिलिंग त्रुटियों के लिए Packers Billing जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपत्ति
All intellectual property rights in the software, including design, code, branding, and content, are owned by Packers Billing. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without written permission.
सॉफ्टवेयर से संबंधित सभी अधिकार Packers Billing के पास सुरक्षित हैं। बिना अनुमति कॉपी या वितरण करना प्रतिबंधित है।
Limitation of Liability / दायित्व सीमा
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packers Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.
कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, Packers Billing किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, व्यवसाय हानि या डेटा हानि के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
Service Availability / सेवा उपलब्धता
We strive to keep the software available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
हम सेवा को हमेशा चालू रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन तकनीकी कारणों से अस्थायी रूप से सेवा बंद हो सकती है।
Termination / सेवा समाप्ति
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to make payment, or misuse the software.
नियमों का उल्लंघन या भुगतान न करने पर आपका एक्सेस बंद किया जा सकता है।
Governing Law / लागू कानून
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
Changes to Terms / नियमों में बदलाव
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software means you accept the updated Terms.
हम समय-समय पर नियम अपडेट कर सकते हैं। सॉफ्टवेयर उपयोग जारी रखने पर आप नए नियम स्वीकार करते हैं।
